1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, any consumer (natural person acting outside a professional capacity) has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Eurocontex of their decision before the deadline expires, via:

Email contact@eurocontex.comwith "WITHDRAWAL" in the subject line.

Registered letter to the head office address

The right of withdrawal does not apply to containers manufactured or modified according to the customer's specifications (Art. 16 c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Return conditions

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal or return for non-conformity, the customer must:

Return the container to its original state

Return trip organized in agreement with Eurocontex (specialized transport required)

The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs, unless the return is due to Eurocontex's fault.

3. Returns due to defects or non-conformity

Any return due to non-conformity must be reported within the applicable legal time limits (2-year legal guarantee). After Eurocontex has confirmed the defect, the customer may choose between:

Repair or replacement of the container (depending on convenience and cost)

       A price reduction

       Contract termination with full refund

4. Refund Procedure

Eurocontex will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for this refund.
